Connecticut Fiat, we have had marketing companies and some of our vendor partners talking to us about the amazing benefits of Pinterest and warning us that the boat may sail if we don't hop on quickly. That may be true, but social media has evolved for us from being a marketing tool to being a place where our customers can find us and have an open conversation with us on whatever topic they choose. The days of social media being a broadcasting tool fell off for us long ago. Today, it's about the customers.
